Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations raised within 24hrs of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched shall be entitled for a full refund.
- Cancellations raised after the product has been dispatched and/or has been delivered, shall only be eligible for replacements.

While we take all necessary measures for a great delivery experience, we understand that sometimes virtual shopping might not give you the satisfaction of touch & feel experience of physical shopping.
To ease your shopping experience -
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-8100649447 or email us at contact@theurjaastore.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Exchange of products
Exchange of products after they have reached you.
If you are not happy with the received product, please inform us at the earliest by either calling on our helpline number mentioned or mailing us at contact@theurjaastore.in.
You can opt for an exchange of the merchandise with same (depending on the availability) or different product. The exchange should be of the same or more monetary value. In such case, the delivered product should be sent back to us within 10 days post the delivery of the package. The cost of the courier must be borne by you. After we receive the original product, a quality inspection will be done, once approved we will ship the chosen product to you.
Please make sure that the product is unused and has all the original tags & labels. It also needs to be in its original packaging when you send it back.
The following products will not be eligible for Return/Exchange –
1. Any product that exhibits any physical damage of the product.
2. Any product that is returned without its original packaging and accessories including all the tags & labels and other items that were included at the time of delivery.
